Garden views were delightful. Free parking was a bonus. Would've been even better if the towels doubled up as beach blankets.
Found it hilarious to clean up after previous guests. Very considerate of them to leave their belongings as souvenirs.

the highlight for me was the convenience of having car parking, which can be hard to find in this area. the host provided a thoughtful welcome hamper and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. What impressed me most was when we were let down by another host, the property owner, Julie, went above and beyond to ensure the house was ready for us. She even called us immediately to inform us of the situation. I wish all hosts were as dedicated and caring as Julie. the location was ideal for our family, and we will definitely be staying here again.
I have already recommended it to others. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The property is situated in a lovely area, with easy car parking available. You'll be treated to a delightful welcome hamper upon arrival, and the host is known for their excellent communication.
Some minor housekeeping issues were noted upon arrival, such as a need for better cleaning in the fridge and finding some items left behind by previous guests.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious family home just minutes from the beach. The location was perfect for us and the house had everything we needed. The host, Julie, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even managed to get the house ready for us at the last minute when our original plans fell through. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and the communication from Julie was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

Great views of the garden, even though it made me question my green thumb. Had a parking spot, so I didn't have to deal with those pesky car park hunters. Towels were provided, so I didn't have to bring my own luxury linens.
Surprise fridge cleaning session and a lost sock treasure hunt.

Lovely area with plenty of attractions nearby. Good drive for car parking, which is a rare find. the welcome hamper was a nice touch and the host's communication was excellent. Julie went above and beyond when our previous host let us down last minute, getting the house ready for us in no time. Wish all hosts were as helpful as her.
The cleanliness could have been better as we found a pair of socks under the bed and a contact lens on the carpet. It would also be great to have an extra lamp in the front lounge for a more cozy atmosphere.

Our stay was for three nights and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The area was beautiful and it was a relief to have car parking available, something that not a lot of properties in the area offer. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and showed the host's attention to detail. Communication from Julie, our host, was excellent. She went above and beyond to accommodate us after being let down by another host, ensuring that the house was ready for our arrival. We truly appreciated her promptness and dedication. The house itself was perfect for our family, and its location was ideal for the activities we had planned. We will definitely be staying here again and have already recommended it to others.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
