What impressed me most was when we were let down by another host, the property owner, Julie, went above and beyond to ensure the house was ready for us. She even called us immediately to inform us of the situation. I wish all hosts were as dedicated and caring as Julie. the location was ideal for our family, and we will definitely be staying here again.
